Upon purchasing a license for AI Usage Ball, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on your personal macOS devices. The app is offered as a one-time purchase with no recurring subscription fees.
We offer a 30-day fully featured free trial. You can download and evaluate the software on your machine without providing payment information. After 30 days, a valid license key is required to continue using the software.
The founding-user offer is available to the first 100 eligible users who install and use AI Usage Ball, submit genuine product feedback, and apply for a founding-user license. Feedback may be positive or critical and does not need to be public. No Product Hunt vote or positive review is required. Eligible applicants who receive a license key may use AI Usage Ball under a free lifetime personal license. The offer is limited, non-transferable, has no cash value, and may end once all 100 licenses have been issued.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. They provide all customer service inquiries and handle returns related to the payment process.
Because we offer a fully functional 30-day free trial for you to evaluate the app before purchasing, we generally do not offer refunds after a purchase is made. Please ensure the app meets your needs during the trial period. If you encounter a critical bug immediately after purchase, please contact us for assistance.
AI Usage Ball is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for any changes made by third-party AI providers (like OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google) that may temporarily or permanently break the usage tracking functionality of this app. We will make reasonable efforts to update the app to accommodate such changes, but we cannot guarantee continuous compatibility.
